AKIEL JOHN
I have been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 10 years. With a background in strength training, basketball, soccer and track and field, I have a wide array of knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am currently competing in powerlifting where my competition bests are a 555lb squat, 650lb deadlift and 430lb bench press.
